We would like to update you about the ongoing construction works for the development of the High Performance Computational Facility located near the seafront, aimed at enhancing HKUST's AI and supercomputing capabilities).

To ensure the safety of all campus users as the construction works progress, the elevated link bridge adjacent to the construction site will be temporarily closed. Alternative route to access the Tsang Shiu Tim Sports Center and Ocean Research Facility is detailed in the map below. Additionally, directional signs will be placed in relevant locations to guide campus users along the diversion.

During the ongoing construction works, some noise and dust may be generated. Mitigation measures are being implemented to minimize the impact on the campus community.
