In strong collaboration with our stakeholders, we develop and maintain the campus to support HKUST’s academic mission and strategic development.
The Campus Development office oversees all large capital projects, enhancement and renovation projects, as well as minor works. We are also responsible for maintaining project safety, and supporting the senior management in the campus master planning and space strategy and management.
Since its official opening in 1991, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology has grown to become an internationally recognized university, with more and more buildings to accommodate the ever-growing spatial needs to support research, teaching and student life.
